MPEC’s Committee on Political Education (COPE) has refined its candidate endorsement process and is proud to announce the endorsement of former Executive Board Secretary, Bill Marker, for State Delegate in District 40. Bill is one of the charter members of MPEC and has 20 years of service as a State of Maryland employee. He also brings many years of service to his community.
MPEC has also endorsed Dr. Marvin "Doc" Cheatham for State Delegate in District 40. Doc has many years of experience and service to the community. They both made clear their commitment to their constituency and all the citizens of Maryland.
