The power of our union is strongest when we have active worksites and engaged members. It is also vitally important that members take responsibility to participate in the election of union officers and delegates to conventions.
We are accepting nominations for MPEC Executive Officer positions, including President, Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Chief Steward, and three Vice Presidents-at-Large.
We are also accepting nominations for delegates to represent MPEC at the AFT National Convention, the AFT-Maryland Convention, and the Maryland State and D.C. AFL-CIO Convention.
The nominations letter and form is also being mailed to the last known address for MPEC members, so please do not discard this mail. Click here for the digital version of the nominations form. Nominations are open to dues-paying members in good standing, as noted on the form.
